TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
SALE: Terms of sale are cash with a 10%
down payment the day of the auction and the
balance on or before June 16, 2008 the date of
final closing. At closing the buyer will receive
landlords possession and receive the 2nd half of
the 2008 cash rent. Full possession will be given
to the buyer March 1, 2009 following the
expiration of the 2008 lease.
Any base
acres to which the property is entitled will pass
to the buyer. Sellers will pay the 1st half of the
2008 taxes, buyer to pay 2nd half of the 2008
