The east quarter has approximately 56 acres currently in dryland corn, and the remaining acres are in grass, with a nice dam tward the south end of the property.  The tenants have worked very well with noxious weed control of this pasture, and utilized proper management not overgrazing.  This east 160 acre parcel is a very good pasture with the added benefit of a flat 56 acre dryland field.  This would also be the ideal recreation hunting land with income potential.  The west 160 acres has the old farm building site, and a fairly level dryland field currently approx 85 acres of soybeans, and 25 acres on the south end in corn.
