The terms of sale are cash with a 15% downpayment the day of the auction and the balance on or before March 15, 2007 the date of final closing and possession.

Cost of title insurance will be divided equally between buyer and seller. Seller will be paying the 2006 real estate taxes with the buyer responsible for the 2007 taxes in full.

Any announcements made day of auction shall take precedence over any earlier announcements, verbal or written.
